In New Zealand: Chinese tourists sign up for Christmas buffet, end up at soup kitchen

 

 

A Chinese tour group are complaining about being conned by an unlicensed New Zealand tour operator, in what is possibly the first push of an antipodean fight-back against one too many tea ceremony cons.

I read this and I am sad.

It is a shame that a wonderful place like China, with so many nice people can be ruined by thieves.

My wife always warns me of pick pockets, but I didnt realize the pocket is picked both physically, and verbally.
