Hi all. Quick question. My wife's first stop in the United States is LAX. Will this be where she hs to produce her visa or will it be her stop in Dallas where she flys from there to here in Knoxville.

Hi all. Quick question. My wife's first stop in the United States is LAX. Will this be where she hs to produce her visa or will it be her stop in Dallas where she flys from there to here in Knoxville.

 

She will need to pass through Immigration and Customs at LAX, regardless of whether the flight continues from that point.

LAX is POE will provide Viaa there it will ce canceled and the immigrations packet will be taken by the immigrations officer there.

 

Will then proceed to international baggage claim and then proceed to customs where the bags get rechecked onto domestic flight.

 

You should know the drill you forge same thing when arriving from a trip over seas.
