Thomas Promise
A great career ended in a scandal. He had nothing to do with it but as Captain of the ship he must and did go down with it. dnoblett
Forced to retire at age 85, he had a long life. All too often I do read of many who die within months after retirement. He was also fighting lung cancer, so who knows if he would have passed this soon if he were not forced to retire. Link to comment
tsap seui
What a sad ending for Joe. All those years as a winner, bringing out the best in his teams, smeared by scandle at the end. Truly sorry to see him drug down into someone else's crime. R.I.P. Joe tsap seui Link to comment
DocMartin817
a great career but he did it to himself by his failure to act decisively. Child sex abuse is a serious crime and his lack of action brought him down. His assistant was terribly wrong and it should have ended when it was found out and not allowed to continue with more innocent children being abused. Link to comment
Zhou Zhou
Joe, was a leader and an example for many years...but he should have never lacked leadership when informed of the child abuse. I guess he justified it by telling himself that he was protecting his own. Link to comment
