I-864 some assistance please

I see what your asking. You did file for 2010 but not 2009 nor 2008, so the checkbox is suggesting a person did all three years.

 

Here is what I would do if it were me:

- Check the box.

- Fill in the 2010 line with the amount; For 2009 and 2008, to the right side I would write "N/A - see attachment A".

- Include an explanation titled at the top as "Attachment A - Explanation for Not filing Taxes for 2008 and 2009".

Anyone have any thoughs if i should electronically file mine and the joint sponsor I-864 as 2 seperate PDFs or one big one?
