what form do I need to file for my wife's 10 yr card

and how much is the fee?

hers will expire 11/01/2012

Is there any thing else I need to send with form

like new passport pictures?

Seems to be a common topic lately.

 

You are talking removal of conditions? Is card a 2 year conditional card or is it a 10 year card needing renewal?

 

If removing conditions on a 2 year card you will file an I-751 ($590), OR if simply renewing an old 10 year card, then you would be filing an I-90 ($450).

Took me a bit to recall the handle, hard to believe you are coming up on 2 years already, seems like yesterday whe you were going through that many month ordeal in China.

 

File the I-751 NO SOONER than 90 days prior to CG-Expiration. Note 90 days is NOT 3 months.

 

Also in your case you have a step child involved, fortunately if child got GC within 90 days after parent, you simply add $85 for child's BIO Fee.
