Where and when to send in the I-134

The affadavit of support form. I guess the NVC sends it to me but do I need to send it back to them, send to my fiance in china so she can bring it to the interview, or send it to the gaunzhou embassy?

 

I am sure she needs a copy for the interview but basically do i need to send it to another place first?

It is brought to the visa interview by fiancee.

 

In my case I bought it to China when flying over there to be with my wife for her interview, and she brought it into the interview.

 

it is not mailed to consulate or NVC...

 

Note the Embassy is in Beijing, there is a US Consulate in Guangzhou.
