Without a file number they may not be able to get you any answer.

 

Did you mail using a trackable method? If you know it was delivered then you should be fine, give it a couple weeks.

Yep, it was delivered and signed for the very next day. I'm starting to think that my SO will need to get the full medical check again. Hopefully it doesn't take much longer.

Still nothing.. Should I be worried? It's it normal for no letter, email, text after four weeks?

 

Did you file a G-1145 along with the I-485..? This would get you email and/or text message notifications of case status.

 

Should have something by now.
