USCIS will require them to adjust status from a K-2 or K-4 visa. Certain shots needed depending on age. Age appropriate vaccinations WILL be required, Age 18 - 64 are required to have: MMRTdVariccellaThe FLU if in season Younger will have slightly different requirements, see chart link below. More: http://www.cdc.gov/i...tions.html#tbl1 Just to clarify what Dan is saying - depending on the visa: I-130 visa (IR or CR visa) - shots are needed BEFORE the visa is awarded K visa (K-1 through K-4) - shots are needed AFTER entering the US, before adjusting status.
