IR 2 optin questions

Few questions about IR2 and optin, I am not clear about. The case is now at the NVC and I opted in for electronic processing.

 

Do I need to send the I864 and the DS230 cover sheet as attachments in the email?

 

IT looks like I do not need to send my birth certificate as proof of citizenship?

 

Do I need a scanned photo of her?

1) You will be scanning and sending everything to NVC no mailing things.

 

You should not mail any physical paper documents to the NVC if you choose to participate in electronic processing. This will delay processing of your case.

 

IMPORTANT: Once electronic processing has been chosen it is critical that no hard copy documentation be mailed to the NVC. Submission of physical paper documents will delay processing.

2) You did this when filing the I-130 to USCIS, you prove citizenship when filing petition for a step child.

 

3) This is not asked for at document processing stage at NVC I believe passport photos needed at interview.
