I am a US citizen. I am wondering How long would take me to bring in my parets to the Us from China

An immigrant visa petition can take about 9-10 months. Up to 5 months at USCIS, 2-3 months at NVC, 1-2 months at consulate.

 

Note. The time at NVC and consulate above factor in opting in to the Electronic process at NVC see thread pinned at top of the General Visa Discussion forum.

 

If just to visit, you don't file anything, your parents apply for a visitors visa at the consulate using a DS-160.
