yemmie
Hi All, It is almost time for us to apply for my wife and son's ten year green cards. I am in the process of preparing our joint petition with all of the supporting documents. Question: Can we submit an affidavit from a married couple and let them both sign it since they both know us? Thanks as always. Link to comment
dnoblett
Yes, a couple can sign a joint affidavit. You say removing conditions on a chilchild's 2 yr card. You alread done this for wife an sh has 10 card? If so child's I-751 does not need all this stuff, I believe only a photo copy of mother's 10 year card should be sufficient for this. griz326
I am certain a joint affidavit is allowable, but decided to error on the side of caution. We are submitting 8 affidavits from 4 couples who attended our wedding and have remained friends with us. Just be certain to collect the information about them required for the affidavit.
