James In Jinan
LUCKLY, when I e-mailed beijing with a question about the checklist, they sent me a separate instruction file with a different (but simular) check list. I notice there is no cover page required, or letters of support, and so on. Do I still include them? Or should I just wait until they ask for them? I have heard that too much documentation could slow the process down, but I don't know if thats true for DCF and whatnot. Here is the link(media fire) to the Beijing I-130 Info sheet. ThanksJames Link to comment
Kyle
I'd turn in all supporting evidence at the same time you turn in your I-130 petition. That's what we did. We included financial support docs, letters from family and friends, etc. There is no guarantee that later on you will have the opportunity for someone to look over new documentation so it's best to turn in everything at the beginning.
