Amaro
I still have to pay the IV fee to citic bank. Apparently there is a mid autumn festival on the 22nd - 24th. I am arriving on the 23rd and her interview is on the 27th. Should I send her the money and have her pay it before the 22nd? Link to comment
david_dawei
Hate to admit I am not up to speed anymore on whether paying the Citi Fee is done at the time of the medical, which was the past method... But I think your answering your own question; She should have the money to pay that fee at any time it is needed; you are not needed to be there to pay a fee. Just send her the money and reap the feeling she returns from knowing you did that. BTW: SHE has to pay, not you... After things go to GUZ, your pretty much out of the picture; they deal with HER Visa Application at this point and interview HER... dnoblett
Should be able to pay it on the 25th, the bank should be open on Saturday. Or she can pay the fee at any CITIC branch, she brings the Interview appointment letter and passport to the bank when paying the fee. Fee is $350 or the equivalent in RMB (Around 2400 RMB). Then bring the receipt to the interview. http://guangzhou.use...-increased.html David, NIV Fee can be payed many days in advance using the interview invitation letter. In the old days the fee was paid before medical so that the medical personnel could put the receipt in the medical packet. Edited September 15, 2010 by dnoblett (see edit history) Link to comment
