us entry form inquiry

my parents just booked the tickets to Honolulu (b-2)but since they dont know English at all and have to travel by themselves. i am trying to help as much as i can here.so anyone who knows what kind of form they need to fillin before the entry of states? is it form 6059 b? and is it the only form they need to fillin?thank you

They will be required to fill out two forms,

 

I-94 Arrival/Departure form. http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/travel/id_visa/i-94_instructions/filling_out_i94.xml

 

6059b Costumes Declaration form. http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/travel/vacation/sample_declaration_form.xml

 

Both can be filled out on the plane while in flight, the past few times I have flown there are complete instructions in many languages in the back of the in-flight magazine.
