dnoblett
He would file an I-485 to adjust status based on his current status. On part 2 he would check "d" She will provide an I-864 as his sponsor, and if he has a job he can add his income to that of her's by filing an I-864A Since his status grants work authorization, there is no need to file an I-765, however can file an I-131 if wish to travel. http://cfr.vlex.com/vid/2-adjustment-status-alien-granted-asylum-19608964 Link to comment
dnoblett
I-485 instructions state that an Asylee can apply after 1 year physical presence in the USA. Documentation needed is described in the instructions: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-485instr.pdf Link to comment
