Change of Address

While I should know the answer to such questions, I want to double check. And since I'm getting error messages when trying to use the search engine in updated site, I'm asking via new thread:

 

When moving I know that form AR-11 "Alien's Change of Address" is required for GC holder.

 

Questions:

 

1/ Is there requirement for sponsor to submit change of address?

 

2/ Her parents are currently visiting on B2 visas. Any requirement to submit change of address for them while with us?

1) Sponsor needs to file an I-865 to report change of address.

 

2) Nope, an non immigrant does not need to report anything, in their case it is like moving from one hotel to another. They are NOT an Alien Resident.
