China weather troubles

Southern China has been getting pummeled with tremendous amounts of rain. There has been flooding and deaths. Now there is a cyclone bearing down on Guangdong province which will probably cause more flooding. I know that bad weather hits all parts of the earth, but it seems that China has been getting more that its share this summer. My sympathy goes to those who will have to endure more hardship.
