craigsferrell
We received P-4. Contained appointment letter, 2 DS-156, 2 DS-157 and a notice of fee increase. There was no letter to K1 instruction, no GNI-2, no DS-156k or medical instructions. Is this normal or did they leave out alot of stuff? Link to comment
dnoblett
As long as you have Appointment letter, the rest can be downloaded from the consulate, or DOS website. http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/fo...and_packets.htm (Here you will see listed what should be in P-4, and can download.) http://travel.state.gov/visa/forms/forms_1342.html (Some are fillable versions that can be filled out and then printed.) Yes can happen. In my case my wife messed up several of the forms, I visited consulate for ACH told them, the VO said just print out new ones, I had no easy access to a printer, so they gave me another complete P-4. One note, these can be printed on A4 or US Letter sized paper (8.5x11) does not matter. Edited June 24, 2010 by dnoblett (see edit history) Link to comment
Kyle
I seem to remember that they sent my wife an outdated form, so we had to download one from their website. Link to comment
