China to 'force' car company mergers,

In hopes of consolidating the more then 130 auto manufactures in China to make a more stronger automotive group. Chinese government's long-term goal to have 20 percent of its automakers' sales to be exported.

GM did this in 1908. I guess someone in China read Alfred Sloanes book.
