tywy_99
I was reading the instructions to the I-130 rev. 06/05/02 and there is a note that says the I-485 can be filed concurrently with the I-130.This "note" was not in the I-130 instructions rev. 10/13/98.Does this mean that a K3 filer can file both forms at the same time with their perspective CIS district office? If so, that sure would save alot of time. I wish I had known this. Link to comment

I believe I will file both of them at the same time for her and see what happens.I mailed my wife's I-485 to the wrong office. VSC sent it back. I re-mailed it to the local CIS office in Arlington, VA. My bust!.... ..."live & learn!" Link to comment
