dnoblett Posted April 9, 2010 Report Share Posted April 9, 2010 (edited) Needs to be done in person, the bank will want to see passport, and visa interview appointment letter. When we were in Guangzhou for visa interview we left the passport back in room, we had to go back and get the passport before they would take the fee. The receipt is then taken to the consulate.
