monkeyking
Is there much of a benefit to using an agency to get a K1 visa? Did any of you use an agency, or did you go through the process on your own? Link to comment
dnoblett
We did the whole deal from filing the I-192F for K-1 all the way through filing I-751 to remove conditions on our 2 year conditional green-card. All a agent may do for you is perhaps spot something left out. An a lawyer may help prepare a complex case where there may be some red-flags. But for the most part all a lawyer or service does is ask you questions or hand you a questionnaire for you to fill out, and they transfer your answers to the I-129F and other government forms.
