How long will it take from F2A updates to IR1?

My husband will be a U.S citizen after 10 days. I am currently in F2A process and we plan to upgrade to IR1 ASAP. I have already got I-130 approved. I have three questions:

 

How long will it take from F2A upgrades to IR1?

 

How long will it take afterwards until I go to interview for the visa? In general, how long can I go to USA to reunite with my husband from now?

 

I stayed in USA for several years and be back china now. I am wonder whether my address change from USA to China will affect the speed of upgrade of my case?

As soon as husband becomes a US Citizen he should inform NVC since you say you have an approved I-130. Informing NVC involves sending a copy of citizenship certificate.

NVC will then go into the normal IR-1 process, at which time you should consider NVC's newer electronic processing, information pinned at the top of the forum.
