Re-open denied case

When USCIS in vermont finally re-open my denied case for review (K1)

 

is this a good thing or a bad thing ?

They may be looking at the reasons the K-1 was denied in-order to determine the outcome of your pending K-3 visa.

I think the USCIS already did this before they approved the I-130 and I 129F.

 

I suspect that they are just "clearing their desk" and you will soon get a correspondence from the USCIS as to the status of the K1.
