Question 3 on the I-134 (Second Part) Does my name need to be listed as the Spouse who will accompanying or following to join the person (My Wife) on the I-134 or do I put None? Same Question for My Affidavit of Support and my Fathers (Co-Sponsor). Thank you Link to comment
dnoblett Posted March 4, 2010 Report Share Posted March 4, 2010 #3 second part has to do with persons IMMIGRATING with the K-3 holder as in K-4 CHILDREN. You are NOT counted, you may be traveling with your spouse but you are a US Citizen and are NOT immigrating. Same goes for co-sponsors I-134. Link to comment
