Founder of Gome Indicted

Huang Guangyu the founder of Gome Electronice stores will finally be going to trial. He was arrested in November of 2008. Two months prior to his arrest he was hailed as the richest man in China. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/8515796.stm

 

It will be interesting to see how the judicial system treats him.

Seeing as how he has been held in detention since November 2008 it is safe to say he will not get the same treatement as an equal in the US business world would have gotten.
