xiaocyu
Same question as topic. I think the process has speeding up after 2008. Is that right? Is there anyone who had interview recently want to share the experience.thank you Link to comment
Kyle
Have you looked over the CFL timelines? They may be able to give you a better idea of the length of time you can expect. http://www.candleforlove.com/FAQ/Timelines/Ne...L_Timeline2.htm If you're filing from within China: From our I-130 filing in Beijing to our interview date was three months minus one day. If you're filing from the States - electronic processing is the way to go. As mentioned on the CONGUZ website it'll drastically shorten your waiting time, usually by months. However I waited for two months before sending in the documents needed to schedule the interview. From the day we submitted the P3 package to NVC to the interview date was 1.5 months using electronic processing. Link to comment
