Kyle
The DS-230/OF-169 has to be submitted prior to getting your interview date. I'm guessing you already have your interview date? If so, I'm thinking this is a clerical error (or a minor error on your part) - but - I would definitely contact GUZ and confirm that. http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/contactiv.html Here is a link to the "packets" listed on the CONGUZ's website http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/fo...and_packets.htm It may be wise to compare what they sent you with what is on there. When they sent us ours, there were some outdated forms mailed to us. We simply downloaded the correct form off of their website and used it instead. In our case, we took a few copies of the DS-230 with us when we went to our interview - just to be safe. I don't understand why they would send you an additional 230 form without any instruction as to why it was resent. I'd send them an email to clear this up.
