Health/Dental Insurance for In-Laws

Hi,

 

We are bringing my wife's parents to America for a visit. It will be an extend visit in the range of 3-6 months. Although they are both in relative good health, I am reluctant to have them here without some form of health coverage.

 

Anyone has some insight and/or personal experience in dealing with this?
