I-134 Question

Hello,

Line 8 on form I-134 asks for the name(s) of others who are wholly or partially dependent upon you for support. I need to check "partially" and I am wondering if they will request further information. Has anyone here had any experience with this and did they request further information?

 

BTW, my income is over 35k, no other income or assets (I rent), and I have 2 others who are partially dependent.

I showed my 2 kids as partially dependent on me and I had no problems.

The I-134 is really non-binding and gives the financial picture to the VO; what's important is how that picture is interpreted by a VO. They usually don't ask for any more, but always can.
