So I was just wondering, if my package was rec'd on Oct. 9th and I've had my NOA1 since shortly after that... About how long should I expect to wait for the NOA2 to arrive? I know each case is different, but I have no criminal record (neither does she) and am livescanned with DOJ. Would January be too much to hope for?

Did you look at the timelines? There are no "sure-things" when it comes to visas, but maybe taking a look at them can offer you a guess to how fast visa cases are currently being processed.

I would say 2 to 6 months for USCIS. With 2-4 months being the norm, and 6 months as the extreme.
