Do US Consulate in Hong Kong have a ACH hour like GUZ in which you can ask about your case ?

I'm responding because there aren't many here who know. My guess is that their American Citizen's Week would extend from Monday through Friday, 8 to 5.

Call them.

Edit (I was close):

In person:

Our in-person inquiry hours are Monday - Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (except U.S. and local holidays). The public is seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Waiting times vary and can, at times, be longer than anticipated.

Our Visa Information Unit is located on the ground floor of the Consular Section at the U.S. Consulate General, the Visa Information Unit answers in-person and written inquiries on case-specific nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. The Visa Information Unit does not schedule visa appointments.
