kemlsx
My question is there anyone that had success (getting approved) by filing 3 times for an I-130 ? .What would my chances be if I filed a third time for wifes visa?I filed an I-129f and an I-130( CR1) and both was denied at GUZ consulate.I am not sure if filing an I-130 again would do any good? dnoblett
What was the reason for denial? Depending on reason, filing again may not do anything. You may need to address the reason for denial, and appeal the denied case with USCIS. Link to comment

Randy W
The glaringly obvious thing that you didn't say is that you are working with a lawyer. Link to comment
Guest Pommey
I think regardless of how many times you apply, you need to overcome the reason(s) why you were denied before.Hope you are working witn M.E on this Link to comment
BrokenHeart
No matter what I/we do we will never find the reason of the denial. I have tried so many ways.............its the blanket statement "not a bonifide" relationship. I have even gone in person to A Senators office, and they do not care, point blank. To them everyone that coming from China is commiting Fraud to get a green card. That is very sad. Been almost married 3 years oh yes and my wife is committing Fraud. go figure that one. Link to comment
