Whose marriage certificate to use?

Hi all,

 

I recently got a RFE from NVC for marriage certificate. I am in that electronic process thing so I just scanned my marriage certificate to them. I don't really sure why we got a RFE because I did send one in. I am thinking that do I have to send the BENEFICIARY's marriage certificate to them since China issue one to each person. But basically the two certificates are identical except for the number. Anyone has been to this before please help.

Does the cert you scanned and sent to them match the one you mailed to USCIS when filing the I-130?

 

If doing electronic process, and RFE makes no sence because they will want origional cert brought to the consulate.

 

You may want to call NVC and ask what they want.

Yes, exactly the one I sent for I-130 USCIS and which got approved...so I don't really know what happened...
