Also, believe it or not, trains have a better on-time record than almost any of the airlines here. Link to comment
knloregon Posted October 29, 2009 Report Share Posted October 29, 2009 Even the slow trains are fast by US standards.... Plus the roadbed (in most places) is in much better condition than most of the freight beds used by Amtrack in the US, so the ride is smoother, and trains can go faster. Can't wait to ride the new high speed link between Guangzhou, and Hunan... Link to comment
