Visa Center (NVC). We normally receive visa petitions between two to three

months from NVC. Once we receive the petition, we will notify your wife by

sending her an instruction packet. You can expect three to five months

between the time we first receive a petition and schedule an interview.

Sorry to hear you are still stuck in the pit Patrick. Looking at your time line, it would seem your petition must be aging in the GZ mailroom. Hang in there, it will come through eventually. I know it sounds trite, but you have to keep the faith.

mine sat on the floor from May 9th to July 21st. It held the record for being the longest but I think that has been broken now by the July 29th date.

I am still wait till hear from MSC. now with the holidays fat approaching, I have a feeling that I might not hear till the first of the year, even though receipt says 60-90 days, and they have had since 8/29.

 

I think that I am now in another type of pit.
