Which address to send I-129f for K3

Still not sure where to send the I-129f form after receiving the I-797C for I-130. On the insturctions for the I-129f it inticates to send the form and related documents to where your underlying I-130 is. Does this mean the Chicago Lockbox or the address where the I-797C form came from? No where in the information on the I-797C does it say to send to which address. Just a little confused, I may call them in the morning. USCIS.

Your Underlying I-130 is NOT in Chicago, it is at California, or Vermont. I believe your last thread about this indicated California.

 

Just received I-797C, Notice of Action. I am now preparing to send the I-129f packet, but not sure if I understand the K3 visajourney outline and some of the instructions clearly. I think there is alot of information that doesn't apply when processing the form for the K3.

 

Do I have to wait for a I-130 Transfer notice as noted in number 3 in the checklist where my petition was routed to?

 

If no, do I send the I-129f to Chicago Lockbox where I sent the I-130 or to the Address listed on the bottom of the page of the NOA I-797C in California?

 

You file the I-129F to the service center that is handling the I-130, Should be California or Vermont, this will be noted on I-130 notice of action or a transfer notice, you do NOT send I-129F to Chicago.

The Service Center where the underlying I-130 petition is currently pending. Use the address listed on your most recent receipt notice or transfer notice and include a copy of that notice with your Form I-129F.
