Katrina
And, not the ghostbusters. lol The officer told my husband to expect his letter within four weeks. This coming up Monday will be 5 weeks since his interview for citizenship. We had to move, but he told the officer at the interview that we were moving and gave her the new address. She said she would change it in the computer. Does anyone have a number that we could call and check on his status? I found a number on the USCIS website, but it said that they do not provide case specific information. Any advice on what we should do? Link to comment

Katrina
Ok. So, we have been through a crazy time. We called the NCSC and they said we had to wait until the 90 day mark to make an inquiry. On the infopass page it says to choose if you need service on a case that has already been filed. I chose that and then it says: Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment. This means that we would have to wait until the 90 days to file the inquiry with the NCSC and then another 45 (if we didn't hear anything) before the infopass appointment. Am I choosing the correct options on this? To make matters worse, I just started a new career and we had to move out of our field office area. We were in the Dallas area and are now in the Houston area. How bad do you guys think this is going to be? Link to comment
Katrina
Well, just to update everyone. Last week we received the appointment letter. He's being sworn in on Sept. 23rd. However, it's not in Dallas where he interviewed. It's in Tyler. The city we just moved from. Either way....we are happy to soon be finished. Link to comment

Thanks everyone for the answers to endless questions throughout this process. You guys have been a God-send. If it wasn't for this site I would have gone crazier than I did during the process.
