dnoblett Posted July 7, 2009 Report Share Posted July 7, 2009 Loss of job will not have any affect. You were required to be employed when you provided the I-864 when getting the CR-Green-card, NOT after. Removal of conditions (I-751) does not ask for or need a new I-864. Link to comment
