DON'T TELL THEM THAT...... I DON'T THINK THEY WOULD HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT A "FACTS" MACHINE WOULD BE??????

 

I can't imagine the puzzled look on their faces when they pull out their slide rules and wonder what kind of "Facts" you could possibly send them.

 

Don't forget, all documents that ever get into the embassy are hand transcribed by Tibetan Monks, then delivered on the backs of turtles. The idea of electronic file transfer would just confuse them too much.
