Hummm, I don't drink the milk in the PRC, but I make up for the milk with the, Bingjiling I eat.

I was wondering what Starbucks uses? I just love having a coffee in the am, so I am wondering if it's safe to drink the coffees with milk there. There are 66 Starbucks in Beijing and a little less in Shenyang.
