Today marks one-year to the day since we arrived in China to live and work. In looking back, it was another life-changing experience that has been intimately joined with marrying a Chinese woman. Both events required our family to take steps that were not always certain. These choices have shaped our lives and ended up making life more special and rewarding than we could ever imagine.

It's been a year?????? Holy crap, can't believe it's been that long.

I do agree with your assessment, though. Once setting down the path we have taken, you sure do end up in places you never imagined.

Yeee Haaa!

I know; it's like one year passes by and feels like it's been about a week or two. It's time to renew my work visa and work permit. I'm hoping to get back to the US for a visit sometime this year. It's surely been a challenge trying to manage finances on two fronts, but somehow things are fitting together.
