John C
Since our interview is on Monday, I will not be able to get to Guz to meet Siyi till Friday night. Do I have to have evolution letter notarized or for that fact any other paperwork? Since I am self employed I have four years of tax returns along with the tax transcripts for the IRS. Bank Statements and mortgage papers for my house. Any thoughts will always be appreciated. I really wanted to go sooner but, if we get pink we have to travel around to visit her family prior to leaving china, which by the time we get down will be two weeks. Thanks as always,John and Siyi..... I wish us all to be bright pink, well at least for our one day Link to comment
Rick R.
It seems to me like they've relaxed some on the notarizations recently. I had my letter of intent to marry and evolution of relationship letter notarized just to be safe. I also copied all pages of my passport, attached a "copy certification by document custodian" form and had my signature on the form notarized. I-134 no longer needs to be notarized as it is signed under penalty of perjury. Link to comment
