Near as I can tell, there is NO PHYSICAL CASE FILE sent off from NVC to GUZ via DHL. The "DIPLOMATIC" classification would tend to rule out us ever getting any kind of hint as to its contents USCONGUZ has stated that petitions are NOT sent under diplomatic cover. Link to comment
