Interesting situation, need help

I know her quite well. We've been in daily communications since September. Her job is one that put her in contact with a lot of foreigners, which is how guy#1 met her.

 

She also speaks and writes English fluently, is very attractive, is vivacious after a brief and charming shy period, and has a heart of gold. In short, she's got a lot of qualities that would make any guy fall for her.

 

All things being equal, she would prefer that I move to China, rather than vice versa.

 

I appreciate everyone saying I should be careful, etc, but my level of concern about her intentions is close to zero.
