Hi everyone!

I talk to an attorny in Los Angeles that I have been approved by USCIS on our second K-1 visa. If the consulate denied us again without any reason " Bone fide relationship " She said If USCIS approved the second K-1 visa and any consulate denied the visa, she can get me a visa, from USCIS by suing the consulate, and she has been successful 95% and takes 90 days.

What do you guys think?

Thanks!

Fire him immediately. You cannot sue the consulate - the USCIS does not issue visas.

I would step into due diligence mode, and ask for the last 10 cases she successfully won in US Court. She keeps the copies at her office, ask for a physical review in her office.

I do find this interesting, though - it seems you want to ditch Marc Ellis ?
