The World Bank? Pretty much made up a bunch of UN folks trying to inject some confidence in other markets. These guys have an agenda. Still, China is experiencing growth when the rest of the world is ducking and covering. I guess we'll see at the end of the year whether China's optimistic plan for growth is realized as they originally predicted.
