If you do nothing more, then use this forum and the vast experience of its members to keep your attorney honest and on the right track. I can say with a confident amount of accuracy that if information you read here and the information that your attorney gives you is in conflict, the info here is the correct info. The members here go through this process everyday with boots-on-the-ground, so to speak. Each step of the process is laid out in its own sub-forum and any question you have may be posted there. You WILL get an answer to your question. Read the FAQ's, check out all the links and you will have a better education on the visa process than your attorney probably has. As was already said, this process is most important to you. No one else will put the effort and care into it that you would.
