Katrina
We received an email today. We sent in our application to remove the conditions on my husband's green card last April. We received one email in June that stated that our case was now pending and nothing since. Today we received the following email: Application Type: CRI89 , PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED Current Status: Card production ordered. On March 11, 2009, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register. Woo hoo!!!! NO interview! Just approved! Link to comment
Guest ShaQuaNew
Congratulations! It is looking more and more like the USCIS is taking just about one-year after biometrics to complete the removal of conditions; approve and send the green card. Like most government activities, they will take up the entire time allotted to finish a project, and in many cases more. Doesn't seem like something we need more of. Still, congrats on the good news!
