So I sent those back in right away and they received the request for evidence on Nov 7, 2008. Still no response, no EAD, nothing. Anyone having this problem? Link to comment
joannaliu Posted February 5, 2009 Report Share Posted February 5, 2009 Well, It really depends on how they deal with your case. It took someone here a year to receive GC after biometrics. My biometrics was done on Dec 30 and I was just informed of EAD ordered info. You may want to call and check out with them in case they forget about yours. Who knows!
